How does it work?

On-call services are calibrated to serve a wide range of clients and use cases while simplifying the purchase process and optimizing quality

SELECT THE SERVICE

Our catalog contains a list of services frequently asked by SMBs as well as large corporations. They rely on widespread technologies (licences not included). 

Make sure that the services' requirements and its restrictions are compatible with your project. If not, feel free to contact us: we'll be happy to create more specific proposal for you.

ADD SERVICES TO CART AND PAY

We provide a large selection of payment methods. ​

3.

WE SCHEDULE A CALL

We'll contact you within two business days to schedule a call with one of our On-call CIOs and define the most appropriate communication medium.

If you need to have them sign an NDA, you'll have to provide it before the call takes place.

4.

"THE TALK"

During the first conversation, our On-call CIO will assess your exact needs and collect all relevant data. If this process leads them to think that the purchased service is incompatible with the actual project, they will recommend an alternative solution. If you're not satisfied with it, we'll return your money, no questions-asked. 

Otherwise, your On-call CIO will provide you with contact details so that you can provide additional information if need be and they will start working on your project.

5.

PREVIEW

While working on your project, your On-call CIO may provide you with draft versions or temporary access to gather your feedback and make sure the project is going in the direction you were expecting.

6.

FINAL DELIVERY

After the service-specific number of rounds of comments/modifications, you'll be offered the option to either accept or reject the project delivery. 

 

If you reject it, then the purchase cost is returned to you (minus transaction costs) and the project is cancelled. If you accept it, then, the project starts production and we'll deliver the sources so that you have total autonomy to alter it as you wish.
